FRAMES 27TH HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR NINE years after taking over the former M. TOBEROFF & COMPANY, prominent in the framing business for over fifty years. BARBARA GRAU, the current owner, worked as the manager for M. Toberoff for nine years before buying the business in 1998. We are located in midtown Manhattan, New York City, our workshops facing the Empire State Building.
